hello rohit, firstly u should have black coffee without sugar before workout. take fiber and high protein diet. don't skip your breakfast specially .have small and frequent meals. take plenty of fruits. don't take extra salt , sugar, sweet , . take sprouts ,soya milk, milk and milk products, paneer,peanut butter.do stretching and cardio workout alternate days.
