I gained 20 kgs during pregnancy and delivery and lost 5 kgs till now after delivery. I am 17months pp. I want to loose the other 15 kgs in 3 months. Please suggest me diet and exercise to loose the other 15 kgs.

Hi lybrate-user If you wanna loose wt in 3 months then strictly follow the diet n Pranayam. Avoid sugar completely even in natural form mean sugar of fruits. Do yoga mainly suryanamaskar and Kapalbati for at least for 45 min daily n walk 1000steps morning n evening.
