If you can focus your attention to living a holistic life then you can stimulate your body to work effectively and thereby reducing the need for medicines. Adaot a healthy lifestyle and stick to the daily discipline. Watch what you eat. Eat only healthy and freshly prepared homemade food as much as possible. Have fruits and vegetables every. Avoid all junk food, processed and packaged food as they contain lots of artificial ingredients. Also avoid cold drinks. Avoid alcohol and tobacco. Start exercising everyday for 30 mins to begin with and increase the duration and intensity slowly as you feel the confidence. Learn yoga (all aspects of it including pranayam and meditation) and do it consistently. Please go for regular health check up and do not stop any medicine without the doctors advise. Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. For your lipids you may need just a statin like Rosuvastatin 5 mg. There is absolutely no need for fenofibrate, (F) as TGL value is just 197 mg. Unless TGL go beyond 500 mg there is no need to worry about. Properly balanced healthy diet plus regular exercise will be more than sufficient. Thanks.
