Gym is my passion I eat a lot of stuffs to increase my wait but I gain only 50% out of it. What should I intake apart from food stuff to gain a healthy weight?

Eat overnight water soaked grams about 100 gm empty stomach early morning and after1/2 hr take one ripe banana and than a cup of milk with2 tsf honey . After one hour take whatever breakfast you feel like. Hope this will help you gain weight and strength in one month time. Wishing you good success.
