You can have small frequent meals in your diet. Increase your water, fruits, salad intake. Along with this increase fibre in your diets that is going to feeling of fullness and then you will not feel hungry easily. Also include Jasmine tea 2-3 cups regularly. You can include more of colourful fruits and vegetables as they are good source of antioxidant that also prevent ageing. Try to have freshly prepared vegetables juice in your diet.
