Actually in my lower back a pain occur, from past 3 days. So I took pain killer and use its. But it is not helping me to completely remove pain. So what should I prefer.

Pain killer is not good for long-term basis. Take rest and maintain postural care. Apply local diclofenac gel and warm compression. Take muscle relaxant like tab. HYFENAC Mr. with TAB. RANTAC. If persist for long, go through x-ray and routine investigations and physiotherapy. Need to talk more personally.
