I am 27 years old weight 73 kg. I just want to reduce it to 65 kg at least. So I am eating 1700 calories per day.in how many days I will reach my goal? And I am doing 1 hour walking that is 4.3 miles. Drinking honey with warm water early morning. But my problem is eating 1700 calories per day but I am not sure am I eating healthy foods. I can not able to control of eating chicken biryani. But to in calories level 700 ml bowl. Let me know it will not put me in weight.
