My height is about 5'8 and weighs 73 KG (20 month's back 62 KG) - My concern is, I might be overweight as I can see certain increases on my belly recently. My profession requires me to sit in front of the computer for at least 8 hours a day. I want to create an environment around me which can help me physically fit and mentally peaceful by relieving from my stressful IT job. Is there a home remedy for this? I would really appreciate for your thoughtful and helpful advice on this! Thank you.
