You take in morning 1glass of warm water with cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp. Breakfast 9am milk cornflakes with apple in 11am take sprouts one plate in lunch take vegetables roti and curds with salad in evening take green tea dinner take oats or dalia in around 7: 30pm.
