I had lower back pain and neck pain for a few weeks, I went to the doctor and he ordered an x-ray, he said it looks fine but he didn't get a good look at it, I later asked for a copy and I compared it with some images of bone cancer and I think it matches as my x-ray shows black spots on some of my vertebrae, i'm no doctor so can anyone help me? Thank you.

First of cancer is not detected like the way it is described by you. Secondly the reason and time for which you are having neck and back pain are not mentioned. Also it's not important that if you are having pain that must show abnormality in x-ray. You might be having muscular pain because of over-stress or exursion which can be treated by simple exercises and few of the prescribed precautions (provided by qualified physiotherapist) to be followed.
