I have been wronged by my in-laws & this has mentally affected me. I don't stay with them now but sometimes I am filled with anger. Please advise on how to attain inner peace.

Don't think much about the wrong thing done by others to u, because it's their karma not urs, so you should not waste your time by thinking about that, wake up early go for walk or jogging, do yoga, do meditation, make urself bzyy in your work as much as you can, with this you need proper homeopathic treatment.
