Eating low gi foods spoils sleep I have been trying to include some foods rich in fiber like cauliflower, cucumber to my meals. The time taken to digest these foods are high as they are low in gi. If these foods are taken along with any morning or evening meal, this delays the dinner time. Hence, sleep is getting spoiled. How to balance this? Who can answer?
