Hello .I do intermediate level workout everyday but my weight doesn't increase nd on boundary line according to my height (5'8.5, 60) .I read many article and you tube channels they suggest 3000 calories per day .so I want to know is it safe to eat 30000 cal/day ?I am vegetarian can any expert suggest me any diet plan which easily can run along my job.
