I am 29 now and my height s 5 .6 something but my weight s around 64 more and I facing obesity. What are tips ,exercise, method to release it?

Few life style changes you should try. Cut down sugar and avoid processed food. Drink more water instead of carbonated beverages and juices. Include more fiber, fresh fruits and vegetables. Do not skip meals thinking it will help reduce weight as it actually slows down your metabolism. Make it a habit to walk for atleast 30 -45 min a a day.
