I am unmarried. My age is 25 nd my height is 5'3 around. Weight is 40 kg. I have many some medical problems. Since I was 19 ,i was diagnosis thyroid problem then 2018 I was diagnosed pcod then few times later thats convert to endometriosis. On 2nd june, 2019 I had operation laparoscopic surgery. Then I checked by usg it's come back again. Nd my doctor advised no more operation, as long as I am not getting married, I have to stay between treatment. So my doctor prescribed materna depot 3.75 mg in 3 months. Last month I was take it on 7 july 2020 but now i'm worried because still now I did not have periods. Nowadays I faced irregular periods during this period of time. So what should I do? Is it not cure ever? Ayurvedic treatment is good for this? Please kindly advise me.

First of all don't panic. There is a treatment for everything. There is no problem in treating pcos but endometriosis if it's severe can be challenging to treat. It seems you underwent laparoscopy. If so the surgeon have surely mentioned the endometriosis staging n associated conditions inside. If possible let me know the surgeons note.
